A Patriotic Summer Salad to Celebrate America!

I realized that my recent go-to lunch salad is quite patriotic! So I thought I’d share in preparation for tomorrow.  It would make the perfect side salad for your July 4th gathering and is fresh and light. Essential for summertime.

Happy Independence Day, y’all!

  • Mixed Baby Greens

  • Pecans

  • Feta Cheese

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

  • Balsamic Vinegar for dressing

(I like just the vinegar, but you could make a vinaigrette, too, if you prefer!)
