Little Details - Kitchen Edition

The pulls and knobs in my kitchen renovation have attracted a lot of attention. Since they are polished brass so they really do shine and stand out. And the pulls are quite large. Well, it’s a fun story (to me anyway). I carried these beauties around for years until I could finally use them! When my parents built our house, Mama had a quite a bit of these leftover.

I don’t think she actually used the pulls in the home, but the knobs where in the master bathroom. But, apparently she loved them and just couldn’t let them go. Well, I am so happy she didn’t! Mama saved them for 27 years until she passed away, and I inherited them. When I decided to buy this house, I knew I would plan my kitchen with them in mind!

They are polished brass and bold, but they make a statement in otherwise pretty neutral kitchen. I love them!
