Easy Desserts for Entertaining
I’m a really good cook. If I do say so myself. But, I’m not much of a baker. So I tend to opt for easy desserts when hosting friends. And I like to make them sized just for one person — to me that feels a little more special for some reason.
Here are a few of my favorite “recipes.”
Individual dessert shells (Sponge/Angel Food) topped with fruit of choice and extra creamy whipped topping
Vanilla Bean “Petite Pots” (a creamy French single serve dessert) topped with caramel sauce and flaky Maldon salt
Individual “Fruit Pizzas” — pre-made sugar cookies with whipped topping as sauce topped with fruit and caramel sauce
